Half of Barbary Duck  – confit of leg and breast cooked pink, port & redcurrant jus,

garlic buttered parmentiere potatoes, balsamic caramelised red onions, greens and savoy cabbage

Extra Matured Rib Eye Steak,  - béarnaise sauce, grilled Portobello

mushroom, vine tomatoes,hand cut chips and buttered greens

Highland Venison (Fillet of Saddle) – cooked pink in a  red wine and rosemary jus,

a Provençale herb crust, parmentiere potatoes, Mediterranean vegetables & greens

Escallop of Veal – flamed in Marsala wine & brandy – with Portobello mushrooms

and cream veloute,  buttered charlotte potatoes, French beans & broccoli

Pan Fried Monkfish, King Prawns & King Scallops – with brown shrimp &

caper butter – basmati rice OR charlotte potatoes, fine beans and broccoli

Goan Chicken Curry – basmati rice & poppadum’s, a mild Indian dish

with a coconut creamy sauce and slowly marinated corn fed chicken fillet

Award Winning Pork & Chive Sausages– with a rich onion gravy, mash & greens

Baked Tuscany Corn Fed Chicken Breast – in a tomato, mushroom, herb and

mozzarella sauce, with Mediterranean style vegetables and roasted garlic & rosemary potatoes
