The Shuckburgh Arms has been under the management of Don and Fran Harding for 10 years now. We are situated on the edge of the Northamptonshire /Cambridgeshire/Lincolnshire borders in the picturesque village of Stoke Doyle (just 1 mile from Oundle). We offer a warm and friendly welcome, delicious home cooked dishes, local ales and fine wines.
The pub’s location in Stoke Doyle, near the quaint market town of Oundle, means it’s ideally situated for an overnight stay when visiting Oundle School, plus the other nearby attractions of Rockingham Motor Speedway in Corby, Burghley House near Stamford, Huntingdon Racecourse and the great shopping centre in Peterborough with its historic Cathedral.
Since Don and Fran’s opening The Shuckburgh Arms has quickly gained a reputation throughout the area for excellent food. Therefore, early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Please note that The Shuckburgh Arms is closed on a Sunday evening and all day Monday.

New Years Day: Food Served from 12-2.30 NB: Bookings Only. Close at 4.30pm
The Shuckburgh Arms will be closed from 2nd January 2019 through until 9th January lunchtime inclusive. We shall re-open as usual at 6pm on Wednesday 9th January 2019.
